American Standard Stratocaster with Fender Gold Lace Sensor Pickups

Make: Fender
Condition: Used
Year: 1997
Finish: Natural

This light swamp ash rocker is a Fender Standard American Stratocaster from 1997, and is in excellent condition.  Functionally, all of the moving parts parts are in perfect working condition and a few of the parts have been upgraded and customized. The original pickups have been upgraded with Fender Gold-Lace Sensor Pickups which sound great and work perfectly. There are slight signs of use on the frets around the first and second fret, but they still have plenty of life left in them. This guitar happens to be missing it’s original back plate, but that could easily be replaced.

Aesthetically, this guitars looks great for over 20 years old with only some very minor, hardly discernible dings and no significant damage. The original finish is present with no damage through the finish, and only some very light micro scratching from being cleaned and polished. The neck is in great shape with no dents or divots in the fingerboard and no marks that can be felt on the back of the neck. All the chrome hardware is still clean and shiny, and shows almost no wear or signs of rust with the exception of a few pickguard and pickup adjustment screws. Some of the plastic, mainly on the knobs shows some discoloration from age, but none of the plastic parts are chipped or cracked.
