Functionally, this instrument is practically untouched and plays like now. The upgraded locking tuning are firmly attached and hold tune perfectly. The action has a great setup and is a joy to play, and the truss rod moves easily in both directions. The bridge is complete and adjusts easily, and all of the knobs and the switch operate perfectly with no stickiness or scratchiness.
Aesthetically, it’s obvious that this guitar was well taken care of. There are no signs of rust or corrosion on any of the chrome parts, and most of the visible wear is on the back of the body. The frets seem almost untouched with almost no signs of use. There are no marks on the back of the neck, and no significant nicks or dings through the finish on the face of the guitar. There is some light to moderate pick scratching mostly on the pickguard, and there is some light micro scratching on the face of the body from polishing over time. There is a some moderate buckle rash on the back of the guitar, mostly visible on the contour on the top of the body, as well as some marks on the back edge, particularly around the bottom edge, but no dings through the finish.
Overall, this Strat is in great shape and would be a great workhorse for any player looking for the first next level guitar, or for a performing musician looking for their every night guitar.
